Glenn S. Gordon is a creative and resourceful (retired) Mechanical Design Engineer with decades of hands-on experience bringing ideas from spark to shelf. His work spans industries, product generations, and design disciplines—guiding every stage from CAD to tooling, fabrication, and manufacturing. Known for craftsmanship, cleverness, curiosity, and a quiet refusal to settle for “good enough,” Glenn holds multiple patents, awards, and has earned the admiration of his peers

Now retired from mechanical engineering work, Glenn is pursuing part-time opportunities as a professional pilot. He holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with single-engine, multi-engine, and glider privileges, along with an Instrument Rating. His focus is on second-in-command roles in corporate or charter operations— in jets and turboprops—where he brings the same reliability, discipline, and systems thinking that defined his engineering career.

Glenn splits his time between consulting, airport homebuilding with his wife Judi, and finishing a homebuilt airplane he helped design—typically surrounded by tools, a cat, and the occasional turbine ops manual.
